1. General

With the publication of this online catalogue all previous price lists lose their validity. The conditions set forth below apply to all deliveries and other services. We are not bound by any General Terms and Conditions of Business of the buyer.
 

2. Offers, Prices

The prices in our online catalogue include statutory VAT. Goods will be dispatched exclusively against advance payment (credit card, bank transfer, wallet payment systems such as Moneybrookers, Paypal) and cash on delivery. In the event of significant exchange rate fluctuations we reserve the right to change prices. We accept no liability for "printing errors" and transmission errors.
 

3. Delivery

Delivery costs from Wolfhagen will be charged to the customer.
We will observe delivery dates wherever possible. We are entitled to make part deliveries. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, which render it difficult or impossible for us to deliver or to deliver punctually, we are entitled to postpone the delivery or the outstanding delivery, under exclusion of the buyer's right to claim compensation. 
 

4. Retention of Title

We retain the title to the goods delivered under payment has been effected in full. This also applies in the event of the goods being sold to a third party (extended retention of title).
 

5. Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal

The guarantee period is 6 months. You are obliged to notify us of any obvious defects within 8 days from delivery. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of guarantee claims. You are obliged to notify the freight forwarders of any transport damage immediately on receipt.
The guarantee is subject to due and proper handling of the goods in accordance with the instructions on use. 
 

5.1. End Customer's Right of Withdrawal

End customers who order goods via remote communication media are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This right may be exercised though an informal letter. For goods with a value of below € 40.00 the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

If an obvious deterioration in the condition of the retuned goods is visible, or if the goods have already been used, the customer shall be obliged to refund the value.

6. Place of performance and jurisdiction is 34466 Wolfhagen.

7. Data Protection Provisions

When buying E-books, order data and activation data, e.g. volume ID and IP address will be stored for un unlimited period. The publishers shall only store this data for the purposes of the licensing procedure and shall ensure that no third parties have access to it. More especially, license agreements shall apply that are recognized for the activation of e-books.

8. Final Provisions

In the event of any provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of Business above being or becoming legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall retain their validity.
